Individual Training

Individual Training

Training built around you.

Most people don’t lack knowledge—they already know what they need to do. More often, a lack of structure, accountability and consistency over time keeps you from achieving your goals. Individual coaching is not about perfect weeks, extreme training or motivation that comes and goes. It is about having someone who sees the whole picture, adjusts the plan when life changes and makes sure you keep moving forward with clear direction, purposeful progression and training that fits you today.

Individual CoachingFixed Training Programs

Choose the level of support you need.

Choose individual coaching or a fixed training program depending on how much support, follow-up, and ongoing adjustment you need. Every program starts from your goals, experience, schedule, current capacity, and everyday life.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching combines a personalised training program with ongoing support, follow-up and adjustments as you progress. Private chat, feedback and follow-ups vary depending on the program, with the possibility of as much or as little support as you need.
